Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the fifth novel in the Harry Potter set of books by J.K. Rowling. In this book, an underground vigilante group called the Order of the Phoenix bands together to fight Lord Voldemort. The reader is also introduced to Dolores Umbridge, the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts, who perpetuates lies about Voldemort's return.
